Campus is open with regular services in operation.

BC Transit is reporting that they are running most routes to UVic, but there may be delays due to snow accumulation or slippery conditions. Latest BC Transit updates

Crews are continuing to work to make the campus as safe and accessible as possible. Following UVic’s Winter Weather Response Plan, snow is cleared from roads, parking lots and main pathways in order of priority. Some sections of pathways and parking lots may be slushy or slippery.

Be safe! Please plan ahead, allow extra time and take care in your travels, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and be prepared for wintery conditions.

Please use your own judgement. If you do not feel safe travelling or moving about campus in winter conditions, contact your supervisor, department or instructors to make alternative arrangements.
