InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust Declares Distribution for the Month of December 2024, Payable on or About January 15, 2025

InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust announced that its distribution declared for the month of December 2024 is approximately $0.0331 per Trust unit, equal to $0.3969 per Trust unit on an annualized basis. As previously announced, the Board of Trustees decided to increase the amount of future distributions as a result of InterRent's portfolio demonstrating strong, sustainable results. Payment will be made on or about January 15, 2025, to unitholders of record on December 31, 2024.
