Ontario is boosting its fertility program to help more people struggling to have children and proposing a new tax credit to defray the hefty costs of treatment.
The tax credit of up to $5,000 a year will be unveiled in next week’s fall economic statement, Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy said Thursday at an Etobicoke fertility clinic with Health Minister Sylvia Jones.
