Lola Glaudini alleges Johnny Depp called her 'F—ing Idiot' on sets of 'Blow'; film's sound technician rub
Hollywood star Johnny Depp has come under the scanner again after a co-star alleged that he 'berated' her on the sets of their film 'Blow'. Actor Lola Glaudini's allegations against Depp came to light after an episode from the 'Powerful Truth Angels' podcast from earlier this year, resurfaced online. In the chat, the actress shared her experience from the set of the movie.Glaudini recounted an incident where she was instructed by “Blow” director Ted Demme to laugh during a scene where Depp delivers a monologue. However, she claimed that Depp became enraged when she followed the director's instruction, allegedly calling her names and chastising her for 'pulling focus'.In her recollection on the podcast, Glaudini described Depp pointing his finger to her face and hurling abuses while accusing her of 'disrupting' his performance. She revealed that she was left teary-eyed as, "This was my first studio movie."She also said on the podcast that no one from the production team came to her to say anything. "I was like a pariah. No one wanted to talk to me, because I am the b***h who he (Depp) railed at."However, when Variety reached out to a representative for Depp, he refuted Glaudini’s account, saying, “Johnny always prioritizes good working relationships with cast and crew and this recounting differs greatly from the recollection of other members on set at the time.” Meanwhile, the film's sound technician, Samuel Sarkar, rubbished Glaudini’s claims, stating "I would listen to Johnny’s audio to check for interference, both during rehearsals and during the take. I never heard anything like that – and that would have been a remarkable event.”Depp was last in the news for his bitter battle with ex-wife Amber Heard. The actor won the case and had to be paid $10 million in compensatory damages, which is compensation for libel, and $5 million in punitive damages.
