Jake Paul fires angry message to Dana White ahead of grudge fight with ex-UFC star Mike Perry
Jake Paul has once again taken aim at Dana White ahead of his fight with ex-UFC star Mike Perry in Florida tonight.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer looks to bring himself to 10-1 tonight at the Amalie Arena; the same venue where he landed a vicious knockout over Tyron Woodley in 2021. In his way in BKFC star Perry, who has been on a roll since leaving MMA’s top promotion in 2021.
Paul has had a long-standing feud with Perry’s former promoter, and was irked when rumours emerged this week that the pair may reunite if he beats the social media star this weekend. And he took his anger out on stage at last night’s ceremonial weigh-ins.

During the final face-off ahead of Jake Paul’s showdown with Mike Perry last night, the pair almost came to blows after the YouTuber pushed his rival across the stage. Security managed to keep them apart, giving them enough time to talk to Ariel Helwani on stage.

“Look, Dana White said that he’s going to give him a UFC contract if he could knock me out,” Paul explained. “Well, guess what, Dana? You can rip up the f***ing contract because I’m going to f*** up Mike Perry. Anyone you send at me, any one of your MMA fighters is getting f***ed up.
“They’ve been trying to assassinate me. They don’t want me in this sport. They hate that I run this sport, but when you try to assassinate a guy like me, it only makes me bigger.
“I’m on a mission from God, a mission from God, a servant of God to save this sport. And that’s exactly what I will keep doing. Keep on winning, keep on fighting.’’
Dana White mocked Jake Paul over planned Mike Tyson fight
After years of rivalry, White and Paul both took a bit of a break from talking about one another, with the pair going their separate ways. The boxer ended up going down the route of fighting legitimate boxers such as Andre August and Ryan Bourland as he moves towards a spot in the world rankings.

But when it was announced that Paul would fight Mike Tyson, White again took aim at him, mocking the bout before it was rescheduled for November. “When the fight happens he’ll be 58 years old,” White said. “It will be a 31 age difference. You know Jake Paul did fight a kid his own age and he lost.
“I saw this thing on the internet yesterday that if he beats Mike Tyson he’ll fight Clint Eastwood next, Clint Eastwood is 93-years-old. But he doesn’t, he doesn’t want to be a respected fighter what Jake wants is to make money.
“People who follow Jake Paul don’t buy Jake Paul’s fights so Jake Paul has to fight people who can sell actual pay-per-views.”
