Packers get 10th win defeat Seahawks 3013
Green Bay took a while to put it away but finally did

SEATTLE – The Packers jumped out to an early lead and stayed in control through most of Sunday night's game at Lumen Field in Seattle, ultimately beating the Seahawks 30-13.

Green Bay improved to 10-4 and is on the verge of clinching a playoff spot, while Seattle fell to 8-6 and into a tie for first place with the LA Rams in the NFC West.

The Packers scored touchdowns on their first two drives of the game to take a 14-0 lead and improved that to 20-3 at halftime. The lead was 23-6 heading into the fourth quarter when Green Bay's offense began stalling out and making mistakes, including a fumble by RB Josh Jacobs, who otherwise had an outstanding game with 142 yards from scrimmage and a TD.

Seattle climbed within 23-13 and got the ball back on a failed fourth down on the Seahawks' 40-yard line with around six minutes left. But Seattle was playing with backup QB Sam Howell at that point, as starter Geno Smith had exited with a knee injury.

A sack of Howell, Green Bay's sixth of their seven in the game, followed by rookie LB Edgerrin Cooper's first career interception, set up the game-sealing touchdown pass to WR Romeo Doubs to finally put the game away.

For the Packers, QB Jordan Love was 20-of-27 for 229 yards with two TDs for a 123.8 passer rating. Jacobs had 26 carries for 94 yards and a TD, and added four catches for 42 yards in the passing game for 136 total yards.

WR Christian Watson had three catches for 56 yards, and Doubs had three for 40 and both of Love's TDs. WR Jayden Reed had 61 yards from scrimmage, 27 rushing on three carries and 34 receiving on five catches.

For the Seahawks, who finished with just 208 total yards, Smith was 15-of-19 for 149 yards with an INT for a 77.4 rating before leaving the game. CB Carrington Valentine picked Smith off in the end zone in the first half for his first career INT to thwart a potential Seattle scoring drive.

Howell was 5-of-14 for 24 yards with an INT for a 14.6 rating. RB Zach Charbonnet had eight carries for 54 yards, including a 24-yard TD, and WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba had 10 catches for 83 yards.
