I am responding to Ted Diadiun’s March 31 commentary, “Gambling’s corrosive toll on sports and athletes.”
For only the second time, I heartily agree with Mr. Diadiun, and with his thoughts on this subject. I object to the effect gambling has on all sports. The focus on money and fame instead of on the sport is bad enough, without adding gambling. But what is being done with college and high school sports is egregious.
