NFL Week 13 picks: Colts, Broncos, and Seahawks

Lorenzo Reyes is back with his best bets for NFL Week 13 games, including Thursday's Thanksgiving slate.

Lorenzo's Locks

The Denver Broncos weren't supposed to be particularly good this year and after an 0-2 start, were reasonably assumed to be write-offs, but they are 7-3 since and have now won two straight.

The Cleveland Browns were given a chance at being good but somehow lost to every team in the NFC East in the first half of the season and are muddling along at 3-8. That does include a "where did that come from?" win against Pittsburgh, a few weeks after a "where did that come from?" win against Baltimore.

These two teams close Week 13 against each other on Monday Night Football, with the Broncos squarely in middle of the playoff picture. They'll need a win to solidify that entering the December stretch run and they are 5 1/2-point favorites to do just that.

With a line of 5 1/2 points and an over-under of 42, Denver is expected to win 24-18.

"The El Paso Times: Broncos 28, Browns 17

Bret Bloomquist writes: "Denver is one of the surprising stories in the NFL this season. Cleveland is surprising in that every now and again, out of nowhere, they look good, then recede back where they came from."

Bookies.com: Bet the Broncos to cover vs Browns

Bill Speros writes: "The Browns won their Super Bowl in the snow against Pittsburgh. Jameis Winston is back in prime time this week. He and the Browns visit Denver coming off the mini-bye. There won’t be any adverse conditions this week weather-wise like we saw in the Huntington Bank Field snow globe. The Broncos are 9-3 on the line. That's the best record on the line of any team in the AFC. And they've covered in 6 straight games as favorites. Denver's defense stiffened at the goal line to secure a 5.5-point cover in a 29-19 win at Las Vegas Sunday. Impressive. Denver QB Bo Nix continues to pull away in the NFL OROY race. He's completed 64.9% of his pass attempts and has 16 TDs against just 6 picks. The Broncos rarely turn the ball over. And will outlast the Browns here."

Sports Betting Dime: Broncos 21.3, Browns 4.6

The site's formula predicts that the Broncos will win the NFL Week 13 game against the Browns.

ESPN: Broncos have a 51.7% chance to beat Browns on Monday Night Football

The site gives the Browns a 47.9% shot at winning the NFL Week 13 game, with the remaining percentage accounting for a tie.

Dimers: Browns 23, Broncos 20
