Spinning back kicks to the ribs with a couple of head kicks, a couple of side kicks to the head as well. A couple of sidekicks to the head. There’s a lot of, there’s action on the [set]… I was out on sea as well. I was at sea. Fighting. And I won’t tell the story, but it was some real shots for sure. And then it’s no problem we can do. We can choreograph also, no problem. It was a new craft and you know, it blended well to what I already do.”

Rose Namajunas’ change in cornerman for UFC Vegas 89
Former two-time UFC strawweight champion, Rose Namajunas will headline the UFC Vegas 89 card alongside Amanda Ribas this Saturday. ‘Thug’ Rose has been one of the top fighters in her division but has recently been on a two-fight losing streak. She lost her strawweight strap against Carla Esparza at UFC 274. Her next fight on her move up to flyweight against Manon Fiorot would bear the same result. But what surprised fans, even more, was head coach Trevor Wittman not cornering “Thug Rose”.
Sports Journalist Shakiel Mahjouri revealed that the renowned coach, Trevor Wittman, will not be accompanying Rose Namajunas for her fight against Amanda Ribas. This would be the second consecutive fight that Wittman would be away from cornering the 31-year-old.
