Selling Tampa season 2: release date, trailer & cast
Confirmation on Selling Tampa season 2 is the announcement we're awaiting to hear from Netflix at the moment after breezing our way through the debut season of the new reality TV spin-off. The new East Coast sister to Selling Sunset had us hooked from the very first episode as it introduced us to the reigning queens of Florida's real estate market.
The Black-owned, all-women Allure Realty is Tampa's answer to LA's Oppenheim Group and was founded by CEO, Sharelle Rosado - a US Army veteran turned luxury real estate broker. The series focuses on Sharelle and her colleagues, a group of successful, career driven women of colour who can all sell the beautiful properties of Tampa with their eyes closed. However, would it be a reality show without a healthy dose of drama?
Season one brought us everything from crumbling friendships, divorces, office tensions and even a surprise pregnancy. So, what can we expect from season 2?
While Netflix has yet to confirm whether the show will be renewed, we're getting our lucky stars on it, especially after the way things ended in the season finale.
Here's what we know so far…
Will there be a Selling Tampa season 2?*Spoiler alert*
As it stands, Netflix has yet to announce season 2 of Selling Tampa but if it's anything like Selling Sunset then we can definitely expect more to come.
Those who, like us, have already finished the first season will know that the way things were left between Alexis and the rest of the group at Colony's birthday party can only mean that season 2 is definitely a go. Why? Because the real drama was just getting started.
Plus, with Sharelle's new pregnancy and the drama with Alexis, there will be plenty of new storylines to explore in a new season of the show.
Is there a release date for Selling Tampa season 2?Since the second season hasn't even been confirmed yet, we'll probably be waiting a little while before we can expect a release date if we do get a new season of Selling Tampa. But don't worry, you'll be the first to know about it as soon as we hear.
Here's to hoping Netflix reveals details in early 2022!
Who will be in the cast of Selling Tampa season 2?Now that Sharelle is pregnant, it could be that she opts out of filming a second season of Selling Tampa but honestly, the show just would not be the same without the leading lady of Allure Realty. Luckily, pregnancies have never stopped former cast mates from making appearances on the show - Christine Quinn and Maya Vander from Selling Sunset being prime examples.
The rest of the cast including Juawana Colbert-Williams, Colony Reeves, Anne-Sophie Petit-Frere, Rena Frazier, Karla Giorgio and Tennille Moore would naturally also be in a second season of the show. However, there's a question mark over whether Alexis Williams, who was fired by Sharelle at the end of season one, will appear. Something tells us we haven't seen the last of her.
As for newcomers, Sharelle might be looking for Alexis' replacement and as we know, anything can happen in the world of reality TV so we could very well be meeting some new faces.
Is there a trailer for Selling Tampa season 2?Unfortunately, there is no trailer for Selling Tampa season two as of yet. However, we've got our eyes peeled for any information Netflix, or any of the cast members, let slip in the coming months.
The show has already proven to be a hit among fans so hopefully we won't have to wait much longer for renewal news.
