Scott Hall, professional wrestling legend, on life support following hip surgery complications: reports
Professional wrestling legend Scott Hall is reportedly on life support in a Marietta, Georgia hospital after suffering as many as three heart attacks Saturday night, according to multiple reports.
PWTorch’s Wade Keller reported that Hall had complications after recently having surgery for a broken hip and undergoing a hip replacement. Keller reported that a blood clot “got loose,” causing Hall’s issues.
Hall began wrestling in 1984, but became a star in WWE in the early 90s as “Razor Ramon.” He then jumped to WCW alongside Kevin Nash and formed the NWO along with Hulk Hogan. That group became, perhaps, the greatest heel faction of all time.
Hall was a four-time WWE Intercontinental Champion during his run there. In WCW, the was a two-time United State Heavyweight Champion, and alongside Nash, he was a six-time WCW World Tag Team Champion.
He is a two-time WWE Hall of Famer, making it for his “Razor Ramon,” character and later for his work with the NWO.
