Over 500 varieties of waffles from brands like Publix and Walmart recalled
Hundreds of varieties of frozen waffles from major brands like Good and Gather, Publix, and Best Choice have been recalled due to a possible listeria risk, the manufacturer said Friday.
TreeHouse Foods, Inc., announced that it will recall more than 500 varieties of its frozen waffles sold at major chains like Aldi's, Food Lion, Walmart, and Target.
The company decided to recall the waffles voluntarily after routine testing at the manufacturing facility exposed the potential risk.
The company noted that no consumers have reported getting sick after eating any of the frozen waffles.
Consumers should throw out recalled products or return them to the place of purchase.
