You no longer have to be a “Shark Tank” contestant to receive insider business expertise from Mark Cuban. The billionaire entrepreneur and investor will now teach a class on business and entrepreneurship on MasterClass.

In his course, which launches on the e-learning platform on Feb. 22, Cuban guides members through the intricacies of challenging industry standards. Members will gain access to his insights, learning to navigate the business world through the lens of his extensive experience.

“Business is the most competitive sport, you have to understand your competition and you have to know them as well as they know themselves,” Cuban said in a statement. ““Don’t get MBA-itis, don’t think like an MBA, what you have to do is continuously evaluate, always be asking yourself: ‘What can I be doing to improve?’”

Cuban’s class will feature 10 unique lessons with actionable insight, including the art of crafting compelling elevator pitches, identifying key elements in a business proposal, understanding the pivotal role of ad spending and more. Plus, members will get to hear real stories behind some of Cuban’s most strategic decisions.

Cuban began his career at the age of 12 in his native Pittsburgh, selling garbage bags to finance a pair of basketball shoes. Later, he co-founded Broadcast.com with Todd Wagner and used proceeds from its $5.7 billion sale to Yahoo to acquire NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and the arthouse movie chain Landmark Theatres and co-found the cable channel HDNet (now AXS TV).

Cuban has invested in myriad startups over the years, from investigative web site Sharesleuth.com to high-tech toilet maker Brondell Inc. He’s also put more than $19 million into companies in his four years on the ABC reality series “Shark Tank” and appeared as a contestant on “Dancing with the Stars.”
