Kaley Cuoco Says She “Will Never Get Married Again” After Second Divorce

Kaley Cuoco Says She Will Never Get Married Again After Second Divorce
The actress announced the end of her marriage to Karl Cook in September of last year.

After two marriages, Kaley Cuoco says she doesn't see another trip down the aisle anywhere in her future, but she also hasn't ruled out finding the love of her life.

The actress spoke to Glamour magazine for their April cover story, announcing, “I will never get married again. Absolutely not. You can literally put that on the cover.” Cuoco first married tennis player Ryan Sweeting in 2013 and divorced three years later. In September of last year, she and professional equestrian Karl Cook decided to end their marriage three years after getting married in a horse stable in San Diego.

But even though she's sworn off the institution of marriage, The Big Bang Theory star is still open to finding someone to spend the rest of her life with. “I would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership,” she said. “I believe in love because I've had incredible relationships. I know that they're out there. I like being someone's partner and having that companionship.”

Before she gets into another serious relationship, however, Cuoco said that she has to work on figuring herself out first and forgiving herself for all the “mistakes” she's made in previous relationships. “I want to have a relationship that I give my time to and that the person feels [like they’re] really part of my life. I get so distracted with work and I want to have that in the future," she said. "I know now what I wasn't doing [in previous relationships]. I want to change that. I really know where I've fucked up, and I don't want to do that again."

Without that element of self-examination, the actress revealed that the stress and sadness she felt just found other ways to manifest. “I'd have these emotional scenes and then I'd go home and cry over my personal life,” Cuoco explained. “I developed a rash that went from my lower stomach down my leg. It lasted for seven months. I discovered through therapy and through my doctors that it was completely emotional. That's how the stress was [showing up] physically.”
