Ride for Heart: Moving towards unity
Over the last 37 years, thousands of people across Canada have come together to get active and fundraise in support of breakthrough heart and brain research. And back for its second year, employers can utilize the Ride for Heart Corporate Health and Wellness Challenge platform in their next team building activity.
The Corporate Health and Wellness Challenge is a free program that encourages employees to work together to tackle physical activity and fundraising challenges throughout June to earn team prizes and recognition. The programming can be tailored to those who work from home or in the office, and it encourages employees to keep their own health and wellness top of mind while giving back to their community.
