365 Days: This Day release date and plot preview365 Days: This Day arrived on Netflix on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022, almost two years since the first film landed on the streaming service.
Following the events of the first film, which saw Laura imprisoned for 365 days until she fell in love with Massimo, the head of the Torricelli Sicilian crime family, the sequel picks up the story after *that* jaw-dropping cliffhanger.
Despite the first 365 Days film leaving fans fearing for Laura as she failed to emerge from the tunnel amid a plot to kill her, Massimo and his bride-to-be are reunited in the sequel and can finally hold their long-awaited wedding.
However, the couple’s new beginning is complicated yet again by Massimo’s dangerous family ties and the arrival of a mysterious man who hopes to win Laura’s heart and trust at any cost.
Who is Nacho in 365 Days?Nacho is introduced to Laura as a gardener working at Massimo’s Sicillian compound.
The pair immediately develop a connection upon their first meeting but nothing comes of their relationship until the dramatic developments at a party.
While attending the event, Laura spots who she thinks is Massimo leaving with his former lover, Anna, and she later catches the pair having sex.
Believing that Massimo has betrayed and cheated on her, Laura leaves with Nacho and the pair fly off to stay at his father’s house in Spain.
Their relationship continues to grow while staying together until it’s revealed who Nacho’s father is; Don Fernando Matos, the head of another crime family and a long-standing rival of Massimo.
Nacho truly cares for Laura and doesn’t want to be anything like his father but in travelling to Spain, he has inadvertently put Laura in danger as Don Fernando – who organised the attempted hit on her in the first film – hopes to use her as leverage in order to get Massimo to hand over control of his crime family.
Who plays Nacho?New arrival Nacho is played by Italian actor, Simone Susinna.
Born in Catania on November 14th, 1993, the 28-year-old has worked primarily as a model, with his career seeing him work with brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Guess, and Emporio Armani.
